COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prima Electro 9SSIS178 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Radisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ramco-Innovations parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Radisys such as the EPC16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CS11DC24 manufactured by Ramco-Innovations and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramco-Innovations systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGBT12530120T00 by Manufacturer Quick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand PS711AT4224V5MEM2G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quantai-Systems-Inc such as 5140S equipment made by Quantai-Systems-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quantai-Systems-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quantai-Systems-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L3545115VAC made by Princo as well as the popular 74801 original spares produced by Promess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJ0 by Proportion-Air and 5140S spares by Quantai-Systems-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quartech. |
